GMB Team Love
We like to think of ourselves as an uber-talented and incredibly good-looking bunch of people, but the truth is, we just really, really like what we do – which means we work extra hard at it.
Everything we do – from our well-designed materials to our clear programming and detailed tutorials – reflects our commitment to taking excellent care of our Posse. We believe in having fun and getting it done.

Professional, Personal, and Funny
Ryan, Andy, and the GMB team are superheroes. Whenever I have any questions on anything relating to getting better with gymnastics or acrobatics, I call Spiderman. If he’s not available, then GMB is next on the list. Professional, personal, and funny, these guys know their stuff, create fantastic programs full of value, and really make you feel confident that you can learn some pretty epic moves. GMB rules!

Exceeded My Expectations In Providing A Community and Customer Service
GMB has always exceeded my expectations in terms of providing a community and a personal presence online. This is really where I feel GMB stands out among other fitness companies who provide little or no interaction after the initial sale. The ability to interact with other clients, get feedback from the people who created the programs (even video commentary!) and the MANY supplemental tutorials give your products a lot of added value. The Alpha Posse forums have been a great resource that I check almost every day.
Matthew Sanderson, New Hampshire
I Like GMB’s Attitude and Approach to Customer Service
I have recommended you guys to some friends already. I really like the attitude you guys have with your training programs and like how active you guys are with customers. So while I haven’t started P1 yet, you guys are still managing to keep me excited about jumping in to it!
Jason Runta, Washington
Your Routines Gave Me a New Perspective Of What’s Possible With My Body
Your routines have given me a new perspective of what is possible with an ageing body not for appearance sake (those days are behind me) but for performance sake which allow me to get so much more out of life.
Those guys bashing themselves into the ground for an extra 2lb of muscle whilst feeling like garbage all day long from 3000 forced reps and processing 400 grams of animal protein per day need to wake up and take note of what GMB movement training has to offer, with a set of rings, some parallettes and a few mats no less, not a quarter of a million bucks worth of useless equipment.
The thing I admire most about you guys is there is no BS advertising or marketing hype, no outrageous claims or ridiculous outcomes. Bravo, a breathe of fresh air for the fitness industry, well overdue.

Understated Yet Comfortable, and Packed With Real Expertise
This kind of approach is the GMB style, understated yet comfortable and packed with real expertise. We use the information to support our already formidable library of knowledge, when teaching.

This is What it Feels Like to Accomplish a Goal
Today, I got my first muscle up [with the Ultimate Guide to Beginner Ring Training]….and then…..3 more in the span of 20 min of resting in between. I screamed in accomplishment after I got my first muscle up and started tearing up after I got down. This is what it feels like to accomplish a goal. I promised myself that I would get a non-kip muscle up soon, and today was that day.
I want to thank-you Ryan and the rest of the GMB team. You guys serve as an inspiration and now, I will go further by getting slower and slower muscle ups and continue exercising on these beautiful instruments called rings. My life has changed in ways that I cannot even begin to describe after I learned about training on rings.

Knowledge is Easily Shared and Help is on Hand
GMB has helped me to keep up my interest in bodyweight training and to help me remember training from my younger days (I am now 45). It has helped me to rediscover body tightness and breathing so as to enable more control when exercising. Of course it has also allowed training to become much more fun and has given myself a goal and a definite way to get there.
Overall, awesome information and a great group of guys where knowledge is easily shared and help is on hand.

I Have Only Had Success With The GMB Programs
GMB is…Pain free movement. Awesome skill development. No stress workouts. (i.e. i don’t have to create them my self, tinker with them etc…). I have only had success with the programs and I have not been injured in my 2 year tenure of working 90% exclusive GMB programs.
Brian Blazovic, Delaware
More Than I Could Have Hoped For
What I love about GMB is that your programs are pretty much a perfect fit for me. I decided a while back gymnastic-ish stuff was a lot more fun and effective than anything else out there, but I don’t have anything like the willpower to teach myself to teach it. I need the way GMB teaches and stays involved. You guys are awesome teachers, and you don’t just throw the vids out and leave us to struggle through.
Your programs are more than I could have hoped for.
Kevin Knox, Florida
GMB Helped Me Start Things Out Right
I don´t really have much to say, but I wanted to tell you a big Thank You, because your videos for the rings workout [via the Ultimate Guide to Beginner Ring Training] really helped me with starting things right.
I was making the mistake of just trying to achieve everything with raw force and trying to do more reps, so your introduction video was really helpful. Thanks a lot!
Yaroslav Rychkov, Austria
No B.S.!
GMB has ALWAYS given me the straight.. no B.S. perfectly detailed plan to follow / implement to achieve my desired goals.
Joey Argento, Quebec
Inspiring and Grounded
I own every course and love everyone of them. As a serving member of the British armed forces I have used your programs in some pretty in-hospitable places and they have managed to both keep up my strength and provide a real focus that has distracted me from the rigors of war!!! Awesome products delivered in an inspiring and grounded style. Keep up the good work!
Simon ‘Spike’ Milligan, UK
I Achieved the Impossible
GMB has helped push me outside my comfort zones with training. Things I thought that were not possible I have achieved, and the structure of the program gives me focus. Even as a trainer, it is good to be able to follow great programming.
Andrew Carroll, Livestrong Primal Fitness, Australia
GMB is a Huge Inspiration For Me
GMB is a huge inspiration for me. The programs are challenging but the GMB team is a very fun team to be around. GMB has an awesome forum and you could always get help if you’re stuck.
Love the sense of humor that accompanies the videos.

GMB’s Training Helps Me When I’m Stuck
I began training at cirque school in Hollywood about 9 months ago so I have used GMB as extra curriculum to help with that training. Anytime I need a second opinion or if I’m stuck with movement at school I come back to GMB and I can always find an answer there. Thank you guys for being awesome and motivating me to get out there and do it.

Played A Significant Role In Getting Me Back On My Feet
I owe GMB rings and floor workouts and all of the enthusiasm and clarity of your videos a lot. No one believes how short a time I’ve been doing this stuff for and its greatest achievement for me was getting me asymptomatic. I actually have a direct inguinal hernia from my previous neglect to my core when I was training for powerlifting in June. I am now fine when I was originally told I must have surgery. No scalpel for me and GMB played a significant role in me getting back on my feet, training and having a totally new perspective to training and strength and priorities for how to be fit and healthy. So hats off to you guys, you run an amazing show.
Susy Natal, Australia
So Glad I Found Your Website
I’m a 50 year old crossfitter and own a crossfit gym in Canada…..hoping to compete at the 2013 Crossfit games. Thanks so much! I am hooked on you guys and so glad I found your website.

The Little Things
Sometimes it’s the little things. I obviously enjoy the quality of the materials you release… the videos, the instruction, even the e-mails and timing thereof.
But what’s really blowing my mind is GMB PDF’s that come with the programs.
THEY PERFECTLY SIZE TO FIT MY SCREEN. Each one is a neat little page! No scrolling or adjusting necessary!
Certainly it’s a small thing to be excited about, but yeah. It’s awesome and appreciated. Just another little cog in an easy user experience. Thank you!
Eric Douglass, Personal Trainer, California
Amazing Customer Service
You guys have amazing customer service and such fast replies to email and FB. really great service.

GMB Changed My Perspective
I have never been into gyms, or the weight-lifting culture, but GMB has helped me to finally get STRONG… very strong in fact, and has changed my perspective on how I can pursue progressing my athleticism. So basically, thank you for being awesome.
Ryan Mocerino, Florida
Thanks
I would just like to say thanks. I went from 2 weeks ago being able to do no free standing handstand pushups to 2-3.

Highly Recommended
At 54, I have exercised with barbells, dumbells, and bodyweight routines for years. Over the last few years,I have lost interest in the ‘iron game” but still enjoyed staying strong and conditioned. I became greatly interested in gymnastic based training.
After researching a variety of companies and products, I purchased the Rings One program from Gold Medal Bodies. I have since ordered their other floor and parallette productions and haven’t needed to look anywhere else. Their programs are great; well constructed with logical progressions-follow them and you will get stronger while minimizing injuries. All their instructors are well trained in their disciplines with clear, concise, easy to follow programs supplemented with manuals and excellent in-depth video instructions and demonstrations.
I have improved my overall strength in pullups, handstands, one arm push-ups along with increased flexibility. I would highly recommend their stuff to anyone looking to get stronger, more flexible and athletic using bodyweight as a way of advancing beyond ordinary pullups and pushups. These are high quality, no fluff programs, worth every penny and about as close as one can get to having a private coach guide you along.
If you are serious about getting stronger, minimizing pain, and learning new skills you owe it to yourself to check out these guys.
Steve Fink, Florida
My Life Is Better Because Of GMB
I realised that this is the longest I have ever stuck at a fitness program, and I find the results I am getting very motivating. I am still enjoying it immensely, and I feel that having been able to stick at this will carry over into following things through in other areas of my life too. Awesome. My life is better because I found GMB.
Mikey Killingback, Scotland
Very Satisfied And Grateful
Good day GMB staff,
My name is Christian Perez and I just got the R1 and P1 set a few days ago and wanted to say Thank You for the incredible program you guys have put together. I can’t even imagine all the work to get this down to such details. Day to day charts that cover months? both beginner and advanced? awesome. So thank you, so far I haven’t done much yet. But I have been reading your manuals and watching videos. Also assembling parallettes and a support beam for rings.
Best wishes to all the GMB staff and may all your endeavors be fruitful.
A very satisfied and grateful customer,
Christian Perez, Louisiana
Impressed Wife
I have to share something with you, and figured this was the best place…my story briefly… I’m 46yrs old and I have always had problems with my stomach, genetics I guess my dad, uncles, grandfather all had a stomach, nobody was overweight just a poochy stomach.
Well in my quest to get the elusive six pack I envied in others, I have tried it all…I did traditional weight lifting for years, did nothing for my abs and ended in back problems. Then running, this and that, I did triathlon competed in several, was very fit but still had the stomach, ended with all the running taking a toll on my knees and back.
Recently (couple years ago) I did P90X twice!, and P90X+, good results generally, but work outs were too long and hard on my back, tried TT Turbulence Training, getting closer, but still have the stomach.
Then I stumbled onto your Gold Medal Bodies program R1 and now P1 and I must say after several months I have a flat stomach and actually see my stomach muscles, a six pack?, yes!, my wife said this morning “what is going on with you?” And I didn’t get your stuff thinking this would happen, I got because it was different looked cool, fun and I always wanted to try gymnastic training, go figure.
Just wanted to share that with you and say thanks!! I don’t know about others but I haven’t gotten results like this with anything, and I’ve tried it all.

Excellent Instruction and Guidance in Bodyweight Exercises
GMB has helped me by providing excellent instruction and guidance in bodyweight exercise. I was a CrossFit participant for 4 years, but by 2008 my shoulders and back were shot, due to high intensity routines, coupled with poor technique. I quit CrossFit then, but enjoyed my exposure to ring and parallette exercises. I use the GMB programs as a resource, particularly the skill progressions, to master different skills.
Paul Siatczynski, Michigan
GMB Programs Work on Every Device, Anywhere
Although I don’t yet have the final skills I want, GMB has laid out a clear progression, and the way it’s done with video is key, and I’m not sure there are any other training programs out there that do it that well.I really like that GMB makes everything in a device-agnostic format that works on every device and enables one to use it anywhere. I really like how the videos and progression steps are short and precise. The GMB team has broken every skill down into very precise progressions and keeping the videos short means the skill progression must be precise.
Brent Johnson, Oklahoma
A Real Revelation
Following your programs has helped me realize that I don’t need something ambitious with 47 different exercises seamlessly meshed into an organic whole blah blah blah… I just need to pick 4 or 5 exercises that I want to get better at and do a little more each day. I’ve gotten much better at making my own programs that really help.
Also the forums [via Alpha Posse] are great — I know I don’t use them much, but for introverts, a little contact can make a huge difference. When I started with GMB, all I knew was that I wanted to get strong enough to do the cool gymnastic tricks that eluded me in high school. I have since learned about about stability, prehab, the importance of straight arm work… Using the rings was a real revelation.
Katya Nelson, Maryland
My Dreams Became Reality
GMB has definitely helped me get stronger. An illustration of this is me getting the one arm pushup without specifically training for it (other than what’s in Parallettes Two). I had always wanted to be able to do a OAPU and had trained it for a couple months before starting GMB. I did elevated OAPUs, typewriter pushups, negatives, etc. With all that, the best I could muster was a controlled negative.
One night after completing the Parallettes Two prep phase and 4 weeks of Phase 1, I had a dream I could do OAPUs. I awoke and decided to try it…sure enough I could do 3 per arm (arm in style and strict form)!

Rings One Love
Rings One was our first release, and it’s still our go-to recommendation for most people wondering where to start.
Ryan developed the R1 program to build the fundamental strength and conditioning necessary for safe and effective ring training for fitness, without having to take up “real” gymnastics.
Rings One is the perfect introduction to ring training for general fitness.

R1 Has Transformed My Relationship To Exercise Completely
I just want to thank you for making the GMB programs so available and user friendly. I am just on the second month of Rings One, but this practice has already transformed my relationship to exercise completely – back to where it was when I was a kid; full of possibilities and fun, but with more dedication, knowledge and focus. Cool!
Tom Lidström, Sweden
I’m a Huge Fan of R1
I am a huge fan of your programs, your philosophy, and your packaging.
R1 has made me stronger, especially in my shoulders, arms and abs; taught me some new (and cool) skills; and surprisingly relieved elbow discomfort that I sometimes get from tennis. The cool down has also been great for my shoulder range of motion and to ward off any shoulder discomfort.
I am also addicted to your background music [in the programs] and play it to pump me up for tough sets.
Jay Halpern, Florida
I’m a GMB Kind of Guy
I had bought Sommers book ["Building the Gymnastic Body"] and attempted to build the so called gymnastic body. The key word being attempted. I did not know where to start. But most importantly I had no idea how to properly perform the moves. What moves should I do or how many exercises to do.
I think the premises of your article was right on, you want to be a gymnast go to a gymnastic gym and train with a trainer. You have a life, kids and a job, well GMB is for you….
I strongly believe that you can not compare the two…both programs work for the individual they target. And I happened to be a GMB kind of guy. I have had better results with your program in the last 6 weeks then I have had with the BtGB book in the last year. And for that THANK YOU…..
I’m currently in Phase 2 and I am very exited with this program. You all at GMB have created an amazing strengthening workout and I have improved so much since starting it. I have already recommended the program to a bunch of friends or to whomever wants to change from lifting boring weights at a boring gym.
Ludovic Littee, New York
R1 Made Me Stronger and Cleaned Up My Form
R1 helped me by making me stronger and able to get into positions better. It also has helped me to be strict on my positioning and do each rep properly and fully. I also like the way you structure the programmes, and build them up gradually.
Paul Mckeown, United Kingdom
R1 Pushed Me Past My Plateau
The most specifc way your program has helped me is with attention to detail. Before I knew about your program I used to play with rings somewhat but I got to the point that I could not go on skill wise. The little details you showed during basics allowed me to go on to a next level even if that just meant a different skill.
Roberto Sanchez, Firefighter, Florida
With R1, I Developed More Strength and Muscle Than Any Other Program
At 60 years of age I believe that I have developed more strength and muscle with Rings One than any other program that I have used. The instability of the rings greatly strengthens the stabilizer muscles and the rotational movements develop strength in planes of motion that that I have not worked before, and that adds to the overall strength of the body. Also, building strength and muscle is very satisfying, but learning skills adds an extra level of satisfaction and sense of accomplishment.
Randy Hansen, Iowa
GMB’s R1 Training Format Resonated With Me
I like the videos and the programming a lot and I really like the training schedule. I come from a background where you watch a video or read a book and follow along. This little more free style type program is rather interesting. It helps with getting your own motivation and also concentrating more on what you are doing and how you apply what you see in the videos to what you are doing away from the computer.
Matthew Cieri, California
Fast Improvement Without Injury or Burn Out
Rings One helped me improve my pull ups. I made progress in a structured way with fun movements and without injuring/burning out my shoulder joints/muscles. I progressed from 4.5 chin ups to 8 chin ups in 6 weeks, and from 3-4 pull ups to 7 strict pull ups in 8 weeks.
Also, I never hung upside down before and R1 showed me that I could do it.
Tamás Szabó, Hungary
R1 is Really Great, and I’m Sharing It With My Clients
So far I think the R1 program is really great–and making me a lot stronger in surprising ways–and I’m also starting to have my CrossFit clients in class do the holds, the push-ups, and the mountain climbers. I have recommended your program on my Facebook page both personally and professionally.
Fran Mason, Crossfit 206, Washington
I Finally Nailed the Muscle Up!
R1 helped me get the ring muscle up, something that had been eluding me for a good while before I started training with GMB.
I noticed it also dramatically improved my grip endurance, without even really being a focus of the program!
James Adams, United Kingdom
R1 Gave Me Structure and Guidance
What I love about Rings One is that it gave me structure and guidance. Other so called gymnastics workout programs would just show a ton of exercises and some progressions but no complete workout program for a real beginner like myself. I have always loved the idea of bodyweight and rings training but did not know where to start so I needed more help than what others were offering.
Not only did R1 have different workout phases that were progressively harder from month to month, but it was clear to see that these phases were connected and building from each other to help achieve a fluid gymnastics rings routine. I am right now in Phase 2 of R1 and I have already gained some decent muscle on my back, chest and arms. I take an adult tumbling program and I definitely feel my tumbling, handstands and bridges are progressing much faster with the strength that I am gaining. The program has also helped me keep training every week because the daily workouts are shorter than traditional workouts so I don’t have an excuse to skip or quit because of time constraints.
Jason Roque, New Jersey
One of the Best Laid Out Programs I’ve Ever Done
Rings One really made my shoulders feel tight and rock solid! Prior to starting R1 I had been doing a lot of kettlebelling which was good but I think all the swings loosened up my shoulders in a bad way, they always felt like they were about to fall out of their sockets in certain positions. R1 completely fixed that issue, I think all the cat skinning had a big hand in that! R1 also just made me feel stronger over all and it was fun learning new skillz too!!
R1 was one of the best laid out programs I have ever done. It was simple to follow and very doable.
Steve Moffat, Australia
This Program Has Redefined Fitness
OK, 5 days later….. I LOVE the Rings 1 program.
I am having a really hard time taking rest / recovery days because I want to be back on the rings!! Was thinking of doing the pallettes or floor training next. Any suggestions? also, for those of you pausing on spending the $95.00, Dive in and Buy it! It’s Awesome!
As a Muscle Activation Specialist, Trainer and owner of The Human Motion Lab in San Francisco, this R1 program has really redefined what fitness is!
LOVE LOVE LOVE!!
Matty Simpson-Weber, Human Motion Lab, California
Rings One Is Phenomenal
I am currently deployed so I brought a pair of wooden rings with me to continue my training that I started back home. I am unable to be as consistent as I was back home but am striving to stay on top of it.
I couldn’t be happier with this program. My handstand is continuing to improve especially with the training tips that you all have emailed to me periodically. The hand balancing is so impressive and it is quickly becoming a passion of mine.
I’m 43 and know that I will be able to achieve my goals, that age will not be a limiting factor. I have 40 more days in my deployment then my consistency will be back on track. I am anxious to send some video to you and begin rings 2!
Thank you so much!
Chris Persinger, Missouri
Clear Value
Props to all of you — Rings 1 is well laid-out, well-explained, and easy to follow (so many videos!). Clear value.

Awesome Program
I’m just into my second week of the Rings One program and to my own surprise I’ve managed to smash out a few muscle ups! I’ve had a go at doing them in the past but got nowhere near. I was only going to the fridge to get some food and saw my rings and decided to have a go. I’m delighted to see that even after this short period of time I’m seeing good progress. Thanks for putting together this awesome program.
Ben Hodkinson, United Kingdom
Provides What Other Programs Were Missing
I just wanted to write to you and say thank you for creating Rings One. I bought it about two weeks ago and it is just what I have been looking for.
First I bought P1 and that program is also great. However, i felt that I missed the pulling exercises so I went ahead and bought Rings One also and I am very glad that I did.
A couple of years ago I bought Chirstopher Sommer´s book “Building the Gymnastic body” and I think it is a good book. However, I had problems creating a good program from that book. Your program has helped me to train in a manner that I have allways searched for and I thank you for that.
Per Nyberg, Sweden
Worked Wonders For Me
I started using the Rings One program a couple of months ago to help myself get out from “under the bar” and regain some freedom of motion in my joints. 42 years of life, 25 + years in the U.S. Army, and years of high impact Kung Fu/Wushu and more traditional power lifting regimens have left me pretty stiff and with chronic “ow-ies”. Great stuff, I gotta tell you… deceptively simple, yet intense, the programs have worked wonders for me, although I’m still not as pretty as Ryan (well…I am but…), but I am seeing definite improvement.
The coolest news, though, is that I convinced my commander (I’m still in the Army… haven’t decided to grow up and get a real job yet) to let me ignore the Army physical training program and institute an “experimental” program for Soldiers with similar physical problems. You guessed it… Rings 1… rave reviews from my Soldiers, way more fun than the Army physical training program, less chronic pain, and increased mobility and strength over the few weeks that I have been “experimenting” with this program.
You guys have just designed so must flexibility into the programs that I can use the same workouts for Soldiers with a variety of ailments, injuries, and ability levels and keep us all on basically the same sheet of music. You guys have created some awesome products and I will preach the gospel of GMB to anyone who will listen. Thanks.
Terry Ricer, CW4, U.S. Army, Oklahoma
The Longest I’ve Ever Stuck With A Program
Can’t believe I’m on week 7 of Rings One. This is by far the longest I’ve stuck with a fitness program, ever.
Jonathan Mead, Entrepreneur, Oregon
The Value Is In The Progressions
I purchased the Rings One program, and in my humble opinion, the price was cheap relative to what I’ve gained so far.
A “good” personal trainer in Atlanta, GA on average costs about $65 per session. You can get a complete GMB program for about the cost of ONE session with a personal trainer (who more than likely is only going to put you through a very “traditional” type of workout that you can really do yourself). Most trainers I see in the gym couldn’t perform these GMB workouts themselves. Plus, you will have learned a highly impressive new skill at the end of the program, and gained strength that you just can’t get with dumbbells and free weights. Trust me on this.
The value of the GMB programs are really in the progressions. There’s no way anyone without experience can develop these progressions without help from a professional. Plus, what’s your time worth? You’d spend countless hours trying to develop these programs yourself with no results.
Mike, Georgia
With R1, I Made Huge Progress Beyond Where I Was Before
Rings One helped me recover and make strength gains in my shoulders after AC joint injuries to both sides. I first tried a recovery path with typical dumbbells and barbells but kept running into re-injuries. I took my time with rings and made huge progress beyond where I was before the injury.
Bob Canale, Tennessee
I Used To Be Bored With Fitness, But Not Anymore!
Looking through the program and videos has definitely motivated me! Doing countless reps has always bored me after a few weeks, so I would end up just running on the treadmill until I found an excuse not to. Working towards fun skills has got my blood pumping.

Thanks for what you do! I’m looking forward to rebuilding my life through health and fitness.
Christopher A. Cooke, Connecticut
The Results Are Obvious
I love using your programs because they are challenging, fun and I really feel the improvement every time I get on the rings. Maybe it’s just one more dip, one more pull-up, better form, but the results are obvious.
I’ve definitely gotten stronger with R1. I feel like I have more control over my body. And it’s much more interesting than trying bench as much weight as possible.
Charles
R1 Takes Away the Guess Work
Rings One has helped me greatly improve my shoulder strength as well as core. R1 has also helped to focus on making my movements smooth and controlled (adding grace to a technique) instead of just blasting through movements.
Rings One is an amazing program that helps take away the guess work on how to utilize the the tools and strengths of gymnastics without becoming a gymnast. This is something I have wanted to do for years so thank you and keep up the good work.
Iyan Shuman, Indiana
I Can Literally Feel My Stronger Core
My core is way stronger. I mean I can literally feel it. It felt compressed and solid. Also my shoulders felt better. It felt more stable. R1 is fun and great for people who have not lifted weights and want to try to get active.
Marlon Sarmiento, California
R1 Gave Me A Game Plan
The best thing about R1 is that it has given me a structure to work with, something that was missing from all my previous attempts to get into gymnastics training.

Parallettes One Love
Parallettes are a fantastic tool for building pressing strength and learning basic hand balance skills while benefiting from more leverage and grip than you can achieve on the floor.
GMB’s P1 program builds muscle in the arms, shoulders, and chest as well as killer core strength. It also counterintuitively strengthens the back and improves awareness of scapular depression for exercises like pull-ups.
> Check here for the 411 on P1
P1 is More Helpful Than Convict Conditioning, Building the Gymnastic Body, Overcoming Gravity
In P1, the fact that I’m told what to do and when helps a LOT. All my other attempts at bodyweight training have failed. Convict Conditioning, Building the Gymnastic Body and Overcoming Gravity have never been specific enough in terms of programming.
John Nguyen, Australia
P1 is an Incredible Program
First of all I have to say that P1 is an incredible program; I looked forward to every workout and my family even got into it. My son is a gymnast and he was quite impressed.
P1 helped me in many ways. Specifically, it helped with my sense of body mechanics, knowing what I am capable of and improving upon the things that I am not. Also, it was my personal experience that my body composition changed for the better. I have always been into bodybuilding and kettlebell training (still am), but I have to say that my wife said my body had never looked better. So, I conclude that with a well balanced diet and P1 training you cannot go wrong if getting a good body is on your list of priorities.
I think GMB programs are fun and they don’t always feel like exercise, just having fun doing physical stuff. If folks aren’t afraid to put in a little work this stuff truly works to get you in shape and teach you new skills.
Jason Mercado, Minnesota
P1 Improved My Body Composition By a Boatload of Percent!
After the first three months of P1, I must say that I am truly in love with the GMB style of training.
P1 has really improved my strength overall and my core strength in particular. I’ve learned to move my body in ways that I simply didn’t have the skill or strength for in the past. It’s also helped me be a bit more restrained when working out, focusing more on form and skill instead of just reps. It has taught me control and focus. I feel that everything I do now is a lot easier since I started the P1 program, simply because I’m now more capable of moving my body through the space it occupies. Oh, and it’s also improved my body composition by a boatload of percent. Which is a nice bonus.
Martin Jönsson, Sweden
A HUGE Improvement in My Press/Push Up Abilities
Parallettes One helped improve my core stability and create a HUGE improvement in my press/push up abilities. It was also a big help in getting me used to having my head upside down. My hollow body position is much improved and I use it in other exercises.
Ashleigh Walker, British Columbia
Gained More Strength in Past Month Than Previous 6 Months Of Trying My Own Thing
The most specific way that P1 has helped me is by giving me structure & progression which I was missing.
I’ve been weight training (in gyms) for about 15 yrs, but after so many years I started getting bored and dis-interested with the typical “bodybuilding” style of training. This past May I decided to try something different and switched to bodyweight training only. I tried putting together my own program from random internet research and stuff I found on YouTube as I couldn’t find any real programs for calisthenics training out there. My own program wasn’t very productive though as I was attempting exercises that were too hard without building up to them properly and was injuring myself. Also, there’s very little (if any) detailed instruction on correct form & techniques for this kind of training on the internet (until I found GMB!).
It’s only been a little over a month so far since I started P1 but I’ve noticed that I’ve definitely gained more strength in the last month than the previous 6 months of me doing my own thing (and no more injuries!).
Marco
The Best Part of P1 is Your Progressive Approach
The best aspect of P1 (and probably all your products) is the progressive approach of training the components to reach the end point goal AND your well laid out philosophy of establishing a solid base of proper techniques to build on. One month was just the point in time where I felt I was starting to peak on the mastery of the exercises and wanted a change of pace. You guys really do a great job re-enforcing that concept (that I think a lot of people in the immediate gratification pace of today’s society lose focus of) and in a friendly/nonthreatening manner.
Next best thing is the videos of the exercises. Pictures are worth a thousand words, and videos of movements are worth double.
Michael Sullivan, California
My Pants Fit Better
Although I am only a little over a month into P1, I’ve noticed that my pants fit better, and I have actually stuck with something longer than 2 weeks.
Don Howell III, New York
P1 Has Been Instrumental In My Accelerated Muscle Growth
Parallettes One has increased my strength in my arms and my core area as well as give me more spatial recognition, especially on my hands. P1 has also helped me even out my weak spots. My left and right arm are almost the same in strength now and I am only 3 weeks in.
I think my friends are starting to realize how instrumental P1 has been in my accelerated muscular growth.

An Incredible Amount of Control Over My Body
I would like to thank you for your amazing programs. I started to train with your Parallettes program, it really makes a huge difference. I have now an incredible amount of control over my muscles and body thanks to you.
Jonathan Benzaquen, Florida
I Was Reticent, But Now I Want It All
I downloaded the P1 program and started it straight away.
I absolutely love it!
I am finding it challenging, but can see the progression that you talk about. The videos are excellent and Ryan breaks down the movements and explains them all brilliantly. I’ll be honest, I was a little reticent and checked out your site a few times (including downloading the free stuff to check it out first
), but now I want it all, Rings 1&2, F1 and Focused Flexibility.

Worth The Money
I will tell you first that I am very impressed with your program!! I purchased the P1 thinking it was very expensive, but I will give it a try.
I am very pleased! Worth the money. I am impressed with the clearly written material, the detailed schedules, and the videos!! The videos are the most help. I would not even attempt something this hard without the clear instruction you are giving in the videos!
Thank you!
As I said, I purchased the P1, and *oh my* it is much harder than it looks!! I am humbled!! I will not give up though. I appreciate how you are taking me from baby steps onward. That I think is very impressive. I will keep working at it, and will be buying the P2.
Cyndee Marro, Alabama
What Was Difficult Became Easy
I have really enjoyed every minute of Parallettes One!! The progressions were excellent.
Being on the larger side I had my doubts that I would ever be able to complete a L-sit let alone the final flow exercise. Yet working through your progressions led to greatly increased strength and skill. What often was difficult during Week One became easy by Week Four.
Matt Schinabeck, Ohio
The Right Mix
Hey just wanted to give you guys (and gals?) an update. As a former gymnast and know-it-all PT/strength-coach, I’m kinda freelancing with my P-bar workouts right now. However I can’t express how much I appreciate ya’lls website for the inspiration and enthusiasm you bring to this type of training.
Played around with TacFit for a while and really enjoy it but have difficulty relating to the ethos. I’m not a fighter nor have I ever been a tactical operator. Not sure how it came to be, but one day I found GMB and it totally fired me up! It’s grounded in basic exercise and movement principles, fun, and no one there seems to take themselves too seriously. My kind of operation!
I’m a few weeks into my P-bar training and things are slowly coming back into place. Hopefully I’ll regain some of the basic presses and start flowing pretty nicely. By this time next year, I hope to have my back tucks solid. Not a HUGE skill but it would be a blast.
Lots of training programs out there, but none has the mix of true conditioning principles, motor control, and fun like yours.
Anyway, just wanted to give you lot a shout out and give you a big Texas ‘thank you’ for getting my fires lit. Have a great weekend.
Rod Henderson, Strength Coach, Texas
Incredible Improvements
A little P1 feedback. After three weeks of phase 1, I have noticed incredible improvements with my handbalancing, which is my goal. Suprisingly the increased strength is not so much from arms and shoulders, but mostly from core activation. Which is another smaller goal. Tighter and lighter. Fantastic program.

Have you ever wished you were a “natural” athlete?
Us too. And though we can’t change your genetics, Floor One is the next best thing – a systematic curriculum for building the balance, agility, and coordination that underlies true athleticism.
You’ll learn basic tumbling, jumps, and other fun skills and put them all together into a cool flow routine.

Blows Everything Else Out Of The Water
So far, I love it! I’ve already seen a ton of progress in my mobility, coordination, and balance, as well as integrity in certain positions that used to be very weak for me. I can already tell I’m gaining strength in more ranges of motion than before, with the result that I’m becoming even more agile, mobile, and adaptable. It’s also nice not being wiped out for the entire day by a workout.
Floor 1 is just way more fun than the other programs I’ve done. It combines the expressive movements of gymnastics and yoga with the structure of a barbell program, so I get the best of both worlds.
As a fitness program, it blows anything else I’ve seen out of the water because it focuses on cultivating a connection to your body and moving with integrity and intention; it doesn’t just seek to beat you up or make you monster strong with no skill.
It is also a truly innovative program. I think a lot of other programs, including weight-based ones, would benefit by applying the principles in the GMB training methods. Keep an eye out for these guys because they are definitely going to make a big impact on the way people approach movement and relate to their bodies (fitness training seems too narrow an idea for GMB’s approach).

Significant Gains in Strength and Flexibility
I wanted to say that I thought your F1 program was awesome and I really enjoyed it! It really helped me build overall strength and body coordination. A few areas in particular that I noticed significant strength gains was my shoulders and core, and I also made significant gains to my flexibility in my legs and shoulders. I thought the program was well balanced and I liked that it only required just your body weight so I could work out anywhere I had enough space. I would definitely recommend this program to my family and friends. Thank you guys and I look forward to seeing your next program.
Steve Herrera, Washington
F1 Helped Me Quit Crossfit And Mindless Weightlifting
F1 helped me quit Crossfit and mindless weightlifting. Between dragon boat training three times a week and doing F1, I haven’t the time to go to the gym like I used to and I’m a much happier person because of it. I’m enjoying the meditative aspects of bodyweight training.
Secondly, I like that training with GMB encourages me to be more creative and courageous about exercising. I’ve also learnt to take stretching very seriously now, especially when I’m still trying to nail the inverted press. I’m developing a better awareness about how I use each part of my body in order to perform a movement. That awareness is definitely translating very well into other activities.
Finally, my balance has improved significantly since I’ve been training with F1. I’m the sweep (AKA person standing at the back of a dragon boat responsible for steering) and better balance is making me a more confident sweep.
Some of my other friends don’t quite understand the whole idea about ‘staying fit without using machines’, but I’m confident that I’ll be a source of inspiration for them over time.
Lucia Lee, Australia
My Body Not Only Looks Capable, But IS Capable
Gotta say Floor One is great. F1 has helped me with better connection between muscle groups. Doing front and back scales has really helped me move better (everything from walking to mountain biking) because it has forced me to build a strong muscle connection from my foot to my upper body, thereby improving my balance and general movement patterns.
This type of training has given me the best functional results. I like seeing visible changes to my body, but the difference with GMB is that it’s not just about how your body looks, but what your body can do, out there in the real world. That’s given me way more confidence that my body not only looks capable, but IS capable. For that reason alone I recommend GMB to anyone who listens.
Jim Wheaton, British Columbia
GMB’s Material is Very Well Thought Out and Put Together
Floor One was of tremendous benefit in learning dynamic balance. I play an enormous amount of competitive tennis. The whole body balance that F1 helped develop is of great benefit to my tennis performance and experience. Your material is very well thought out and put together.
Sam Collin, California
I’ve Gotten Stronger – And My Peers Have Noticed!
F1 is my primary tool not only for working out, but also for goal setting. I have planned another run-through of the program following completion of the Foundation 7 course, and I believe I will get much more out of it with this base to work from.
I have found that through F1 I gained increased flexibility in my wrists and shoulders (and as a martial artist, this was a major thing for me); I gained an improved sense of balance in relation to my hands and arms (the crow hold was entirely unattainable prior to this); and most importantly for me, I found that following a period in F1, I had decreased ‘clicking’ in both my shoulders, and significantly less general ache in the shoulder that had been previously dislocated.
As an addition, I found notable improvements in my martial arts training, both in stand up and in grappling, probably as a result of the ‘new’ methods of movement introduced to me during the program. There were several comments on this by other students, as well as several comments on my general increase in strength.
People have asked me what I’m doing to cause such an obvious change. I support the work you guys do fully, and hope to remain part of it for as long as I am able.
Dewi Hill, United Kingdom
F1 Helped Me With Handstands, Leg Raises, Even Pull-Ups!
What I really like about Floor One is the backbending and handstand progression. What I like about the strength part is the hollow body position. Learning the hollow body position helped me a lot with my handstands, leg raises and even pull-ups.
What`s really great about all GMB programs is that I can take the manuals and videos with me on my iPad and iPhone.
Markus Klein, Germany
F1 Improved My Strength, Enabled Me To Do Cool Tricks
Floor One helped me improve my strength. The inverted press, handstand series or hollow body push-ups (among the others) helped to develop my shoulders so I now have no problem with hand standing at the wall, pull ups or keeping garda and punching during 2 minutes of kickboxing or sparring.
The coordination and balance movements in F1 helped me with locking my knees and elbows, and balancing my body in total. All kicks and mostly all reverse ones are not so difficult now, additionally I learned kip-up and double arm lever in full what looks pretty awesome. When we have a party I as a 41-year-old can do some break dance tricks! F1 gives me the opportunity to develop strength, balance and coordination – very important things in our life, not only in sport. The great advantage of F1 – you can take it anywhere you go.
Jaro Koszelewski, Germany
I’m Getting Better Every Day
F1 gives me the awareness of body in space and balance that we so often take for granted. I need a keen sense of balance to provide my weapon systems a stable platform so that I can fire accurately to avoid loss of life to US personnel as well as any noncombatants that may be in the battle space. In short it affords me the ability to save lives. So for me F1 has done nothing but improve my ability to do my job effectively.
Now, I’m 43 years old and have a laundry list of old sports injuries. While my colleagues bemoan the passage of time and complain of “getting old,” I feel like I am getting better and better. F1 invites the body to experience a full range of motion from every joint.
I was an old Golds Gym machine driven poster boy for years which brought joint and lower back pain from the unnatural line of movement from the equipment. F1 has helped me regain the healthy full range of my joints as well as strengthened them. I had dislocated my right shoulder and now with all the static holds and handstand work I have bullet proofed my shoulder. I enjoy my daily life at home without all the moans from the demands of just living. I can squat down and pick up my niece and nephews, do yard work (thanks!), and move around as God intended. As far as recreation, lets just say that when my kids hear their friends say that their dads can’t do this or that, they speak up and say that MY DAD can still kick some tail.
What really attracted me to the GMB program to begin with was the structure of the F1, R1, and P1 programs. I needed to be told do this then this and follow up with that. But, after going through the Level One programs I am starting to be able to pull different elements together for my own workout and that adds to the enjoyment.
It is incredibly challenging but each week I see improvement. I’m getting better every day which translates to a higher quality of life and isn’t that what it is really about? The ability to enjoy what life has to offer, to experience it, to participate and not just be a spectator THAT is what GMB is doing for me. I give your website out to all and hope that you guys can do for them what you have done for me.

Not Just Exercise, It’s Movement — A Skill
What F1 taught me (and the hardest lesson to follow) is to STICK WITH THE PROGRAM! For me, having trained a certain way for a long time it’s hard to let go of old paradigms and accept new approaches. Floor One has been a great resource for me learning about bodyweight movement. And that’s the key, it’s not just exercise it’s movement — a skill.
Evan Mathews
Sessions Aren’t Long, So I’m Motivated To Stick With It
F1 is helping me to get some strength via some uncommon exercises, which makes it more attractive to me. I like the jumping aspect, being on your feet or upside down. It makes me feel lighter.
I also like that the sessions are not long, so I don’t dread them. I like short and frequent rather than long endless sessions that I end up giving up on. I like the detailed explanations and the videos, which I can go back to, and recapture a detail I may have overlooked.
Mona
Daily Incremental Improvements
Am 48, overweight, unfit smoker and drinker … and in 3 weeks the incremental changes to my physique and fitness have motivated me more than I have ever felt in 20+ years of “self-taught” (= self-inflicted injured) exercise.
My weight (98.5 kilo’s) has not changed much, but the waistline is down 3 inches. I could not even begin to do the tripod hold, now … 3 weeks in, I just did the extension (the reason for me writing) and am completely amazed at how much strength and control I now have over my own body.
With an gorgeous 18 month old daughter I am sure I will spend the rest of my life working these plans if only to stay in shape to keep up with her … so thanks again and look forward to spending way too much time with you guys virtually in the future.
Your program appealed to my lifestyle the most (I live in Singapore and travel the Asia region almost weekly) allowing me to do what I want, at the pace I can, in the comfort of my own home (or usually hotel room) and the daily (yes, daily) incremental improvements in my abilities keeps me coming back for more.
Thanks (did I say that already?)

Focused Flexibility Love
Most flexibility advice sucks. It’s
dumbed down and generalized to the point of meaninglessness with people parroting tired advice that never seems to really get the job done.
FF is like a laser cutting through the BS.
We’ll teach you a quick diagnostic to identify which areas need the most work and show you how to create a customized stretching program that works for your specific needs. Best of all, it doesn’t require any weird devices or belief systems.
> Focus in on our flexibility program here.
Far More Satisfying Than Anything I’ve Tried Before
I ran through the initial basic assessment of my current flexibility. What immediately became obvious was my inflexibility for my straddle was not in fact my hamstrings at all, (them scoring 9 out of 10); but my hips! Picking the key suited exercises to stretch the hips as described, again was enlightening. The other main inflexible area I picked up were my shoulders. I didn’t even realise this until now!
So far after one flexibility workout, I can safely say that was far more satisfying than anything I’ve ever used for stretching workouts before. For once something actually felt as though it will be effective, and dare I say, stretching has gone from chore to exciting!

I’m Making Progress in Just Two Weeks!
I have been working with Focused Flexibility for just a couple of weeks and I find it amazing. Two spine surgeries in as many years left me with a serious deficit in flexibility and joint mobility. I have tried all sorts of things to address this and everything I have tried has helped a little, but only a little.
Just a couple of weeks working with FF has improved my comfort level, joint mobility and ease of movement more than anything other approach I have tried.

Genuinely Could Not Be Happier With GMB Programs!
I have had long standing problems with shoulder impingement probably from when I used to do overhead press (with bad form I guess!) and this has completely resolved with the shoulder exercises from Focused Flexibility. I have found FF, for me, to be critical to developing a lot of the skills from the other programs.
Genuinely could not be happier with the GMB programs, the amount of fun I’m having doing them, and the gains in strength and skill I am seeing after a short period of time.
Kevin Green, United Kingdom
Focused Flexibility Provided Me With What I Needed
Focused Flexibility helped me concentrate more on dynamic stretching. I have had several injuries in the past and remembered that my physio always wanted me to stretch and then contract/push away with that muscle and then move further into the stretch. My previous stretching had solely been static, push a bit further each time type of stretching. FF provided me with the stretches I needed and how to perform them dynamically and correctly.
Andrew Gibson, United Kingdom
Safe And Effective
I had very limited flexibility so I was looking for a programme that could teach me to work on my flexibility in a safe manner that earned results. I like the video demonstrations which guided me through the moves and taught me which muscles needed the most work.

You Guys Do An Unbelievable Job With Follow-Up!
Chronically tight hip flexors (sagittal flexion) and weak lateral movers were causing extreme lower back discomfort after running, jumps, and heavy squatting. Focused Flexibility let me take a targeted approach, which proved more effective than the “stretch this” instructions I got from a massage therapist.
And I have to say, you guys do an unbelievable job with follow-up, answering questions with genuinely helpful responses. Thanks a lot for your help. I am stoked to finally move my planche forward (and get that wicked one-elbow lever at last), and am excited to do it with GMB.

Helped Me Spot My Problem Areas and Fix Them
FF helped me spot my problem areas which I hadn’t noticed before, or had overlooked. It was really good to pay attention to those areas and understand my own body. Also, going through the videos and Jarlo’s explanation gave me a good understanding about some yoga poses. That was an unexpected additional bonus to me.
Akiko Coster, Australia
The Only Method I Have Stuck With
FF is the only flexibility method that I have stuck with.
Focused Flexibility has really helped me with my shoulder tightness. After my kettlebell sport sessions I used to get sore shoulders and upper back and sometimes my fingers would have a “mind of their own”. The fingers issue was a result of a pinched nerve in the shoulders. After 3 weeks of doing FF for shoulders after each KB session (at least 4-5 times per week), the tightness was gone and the fingers were back to normal. I haven’t had any issues since then.
I believe FF really appeals to me because it feels complex from the outset, but the more I did it and the more I practiced, I realised it was elegantly simple and very effective to use. What I like the most is that EVERYTHING IS EXPLAINED to the last detail and little variation or how an elbow angle would make the stretch more effective. Jarlo did a fantastic job with the program and I am glad I bought it. Actually, to use an Aussie slang, IT IS BLOODY AWESOME!
Vladimir Rakic, Australia
FF Helped Me Do Something I’ve Never Been Able To Do Before
FF helped me work into a full squat, something I’ve never been able to do, in about a month of training. The GMB programs have been the easiest for me to follow and adhere to. I also feel like I pay more attention to my body when working with GMB programs.
Jin Wa, Texas
FF Really Helped Me Understand and Get Through Stretching
I didn’t really understand how to stretch before or how to breathe while stretching. Grouping of specific areas also helped a lot because I didn’t understand that before either! Also the videos are short and to the point which is great because stretching is boring enough without having to listen to someone talk about it for hours or having to fast forward to the relevant parts. I really liked the format.
Even your free stuff is incredibly useful and necessary as I don’t always know what I’m looking for. There’s only a handful of sites that give something of genuine value for free.
Simon Robinson, United Kingdom
I Really Love Your Focused Flexibility Program
I really love your Focused Flexibility program, I’ve been using it mainly to improve my squat form, so I can squat deeper, and I’m almost to the full bottom position. I’ve been showing off my new improved squats to my friends and telling them exactly whose program helped me out. Thanks again!
Zack Zeller, New York
FF Greatly Helped My Low Back Pain
I have found F1 very beneficial especially to core strength and upper body/shoulders. I added Focused Flexibility as for once I had something concrete to follow. Before I had always given mental assent of flexibility’s importance but never really did it. I discovered how tight I was in many areas and saw dramatic improvement especially in my legs and it also seemed to benefit my lower back.
So FF showed me how stiff I was and greatly helped my low back pain. I also felt generally “better” in myself. The self diagnosis test was helpful in knowing where to target my stretching.
I really appreciate the humble and practical way you at GMB have structured your material to help “Joe Soap” believe in him/her self and have vision that he/she really can get strong and fit and to go for it.
Alistair Montgomery, United Kingdom
FF Changed the Way I Stretched
Focused Flexibility changed the way I stretched. Previously I was either doing dynamic stretches (during warmup) and static/PNF stretches (at the end of the day) separately. Now in my static/PNF stretching I always use the pattern of dynamic stretching followed by PNF as described in FF. I find the dynamic movements make the PNF less uncomfortable so it’s easier to spend more time stretching. I also think that it reduces injury because the movements make me stronger near the current limits of my flexibility. The increased strength is difficult to measure but my kicking (tae kwon do) is much improved. The pancake stretch described in the program is one that I do nearly every day now.
I find the content on your website promotes athletic improvement in a healthy, sustainable way.

Foundation 7 Love
Not everybody is ready to dive into a specialized strength routine on the rings. Though we make our Level One programs accessible for beginners, honestly, some people need more preparation.
F7 was made for those people, but we’ve also had more experienced trainees use it to shore up deficiencies in their skills.
Foundation 7 is like a “GMB Variety Pack,” complete with ring work, parallette exercises, hand balancing, locomotion drills, and direct coaching and feedback from our coaches.
> See why F7 is the perfect foundation for working with GMB.
I’d Definitely Recommend It
The Foundation 7 exercises made me feel more solid in my body, without taking a ton of time or having me compromise on form.
The work was difficult enough that I always felt like I was getting a solid workout, but never hard enough that my other activities made it impossible (though, of course, it’d be more difficult if I was already sore from something else.) I also found the program very enjoyable, both because of the novelty behind the techniques and because the explanations were so clear and accessible. And although I didn’t see huge improvements, the changes in performance I did see were significant.
The focus on form and fundamental movements, progressions available (specifically for handstand work and ring pull-ups), excellent video instruction, clear directions and well-laid out programming means Foundation 7 is uber user-friendly. I’d definitely recommend it.

I Didn’t Have to Re-Invent the Wheel
Getting actual on-line feedback from the coaches and the whole community is a really great thing about GMB. It’s pointless trying to re-invent the wheel yourself when other people have already done that for you. I’ve hurt myself plenty in the past trying to do that – and come to think of it, I never even succeeded..

Truly A Rewarding Program
Wow. What a great experience. Truly a rewarding program [Foundation 7]. Check your ego at the door and get to work. See results.
What sets this program apart from others is the interactive coaching corrections provided in the forum; that is, if you’re willing to post your progress, questions, and yes the movable mug shots known as video. And that’s what I love about the forums!
Thanks to everyone for your help, encouragement, and support!

GMB Coaching & Alpha Posse Love
We love to teach. And we love our Posse. And when you put those two together, magical things start to happen.
Alpha Posse is kind of like our version of the A-Team, except instead of a black van, we have an awesome members-only website and forum area where we create exclusive skill tutorials and fun monthly challenges for our members.
It’s also the best place to get daily or weekly interaction and advice from our coaches on everything from specific skills to nutrition, lifestyle, and completely irrelevant – yet fun – topics we probably shouldn’t reveal publicly.
> Click here if you’ve ever wanted to be part of a secret society.
Alpha Posse and the Forums Provide Massive Value
GMB is a fun and vibrant community of people who are interested in their health and sharing ideas that have benefited them. I specifically loved the forum where you can get your personal questions answered and your exercise form critiqued. It is an under utilized but massive value that GMB brings to the table. Not to mention that everyone is down to earth and just plain helpful. I love being part of the Alpha Posse.
I’d recommend GMB to my friends, especially Floor One. My friends are just in awe of what is possible. Great party trick.

Nowhere Else Offers This Detail And Expertise
There is only one way to describe GMB’s P-Bar Seminar, Awesome. Really there is no where else that offers the extensive detail and expertise of what GMB has to offer.
I’ve been a trainer for 7 years, and I know that detail is one of the most important aspects in training. This is not a seminar for people that just want to learn thousands of exercises. This is a seminar that pays attention to detail and teaches you a great basic knowledge of P-Bars.
If you are a coach and want to learn how to use this system, this is it!

We’re here to help.
GMB rules!
GMB has ALWAYS given me the straight.. no B.S. perfectly detailed plan to follow / implement to achieve my desired goals.
GMB has helped push me outside my comfort zones with training. Things I thought that were not possible I have achieved, and the structure of the program gives me focus. Even as a trainer, it is good to be able to follow great programming.
I’m a 50 year old crossfitter and own a crossfit gym in Canada…..hoping to compete at the 2013 Crossfit games. Thanks so much! I am hooked on you guys and so glad I found your website.
Sometimes it’s the little things. I obviously enjoy the quality of the materials you release… the videos, the instruction, even the e-mails and timing thereof.
I realised that this is the longest I have ever stuck at a fitness program, and I find the results I am getting very motivating. I am still enjoying it immensely, and I feel that having been able to stick at this will carry over into following things through in other areas of my life too. Awesome. My life is better because I found GMB.
R1 helped me get the ring muscle up, something that had been eluding me for a good while before I started training with GMB.
OK, 5 days later….. I LOVE the Rings 1 program.
Props to all of you — Rings 1 is well laid-out, well-explained, and easy to follow (so many videos!). Clear value.
Can’t believe I’m on week 7 of Rings One. This is by far the longest I’ve stuck with a fitness program, ever.
I love using your programs because they are challenging, fun and I really feel the improvement every time I get on the rings. Maybe it’s just one more dip, one more pull-up, better form, but the results are obvious.

What I really like about Floor One is the backbending and handstand progression. What I like about the strength part is the hollow body position. Learning the hollow body position helped me a lot with my handstands, leg raises and even pull-ups.
Am 48, overweight, unfit smoker and drinker … and in 3 weeks the incremental changes to my physique and fitness have motivated me more than I have ever felt in 20+ years of “self-taught” (= self-inflicted injured) exercise.
The Foundation 7 exercises made me feel more solid in my body, without taking a ton of time or having me compromise on form.
Wow. What a great experience. Truly a rewarding program [Foundation 7]. Check your ego at the door and get to work. See results.
There is only one way to describe GMB’s P-Bar Seminar, Awesome. Really there is no where else that offers the extensive detail and expertise of what GMB has to offer.
