We’re taking the GMB Posse to the next level.

With thousands of members now in our Posse, there’s a wide variety of people here with different needs and goals. We love getting to know you, and we’re truly pumped to grow our Posse even bigger. The GMB Alpha Posse

The GMB Monkey is definitely the Alpha male of his tribe. It’s not just that he’s strong – he takes on the responsibility for the well-being of the other tribe members who depend on him.

Alpha Posse members are leaders who take their own results seriously and are committed those that depend on them.

They’re fathers, mothers, business owners, engineers, students… and they all come together in the same community to support and learn from each other so they can be stronger at the things that matter most for them.

So what’s all this going to cost?

Not as much as it probably should – that’s for sure. Most of our members have found that just being plugged into the community environment on our Alpha Posse forums is a game changer. You won’t find a more supportive group of people anywhere, and the only way to get greater access to Ryan, Andy, and Jarlo is to join our private coaching program (which starts at $500/month).

Though it’s easily worth about twice as much, you can secure your spot in Alpha Posse for about a buck-fifty a day.

We’re adding new stuff to our members’ area all the time and answering questions on the forum every single day. This isn’t some crap newsletter you’re getting. It’s a chance to be part of the future of GMB and have a lot of fun in the process.

Are You One Of Us?

Not everyone is cut out to be Alpha. And that’s OK.

• Alphas are action-oriented. They don’t ponder and pontificate without making a commitment. They set a goal and get to work.
• Alphas don’t make excuses. They log their training and make adjustments when things aren’t working. They try and keep trying until they get results.
• Alphas are wiling to give and take criticism. They post videos of their form to be checked out and they offer advice when they notice somebody having a tough time.

It’s not that Alpha is made up of a bunch of elite athletes. It’s not like that at all.

Alpha Posse is simply a group of people who consistently decide to do what’s best for their health so they can do what’s best in the other parts of their lives.

When you wake up in the morning, what’s the first thing you do?

Alpha Posse members spend just a few minutes each morning on their health with a short session we call the Daily Battery. The routine isn’t magic, but it wakes us up and gets up ready to perform physically during the day.

Being an Alpha means making the decision to do some simple and important things consistently.
