The GMB Core Curriculum - Level ONE

The first offi­cial release in the GMB Curriculum was Rings One, our intro­duc­tion to ring training.

Though we call it an intro­duc­tion, this course takes you far beyond any rings train­ing program on the market. Nothing is left to chance with over two hours of video, three months of train­ing programs, and lots of on-screen coach­ing cues. It’s also the only rings program that includes inte­grated lower body work and empha­sizes routines instead of exercises.

Rings One is the first step toward build­ing impres­sive ring strength and skills like muscle-ups.

Parallettes One is our intro to P-bar train­ing. Either as a follow up to ring work with R1, or as an entry point into the GMB curricu­lum, P1 is addic­tively fun and guar­an­teed to build seri­ous upper-body and core strength.

Parallettes One includes six full months of train­ing programs and continue in the excel­lent prece­dent set by R1 of making use camera angles and on-screen cues to ensure the best learn­ing expe­ri­ence from the video (no badly filmed scenes of some random dude work­ing out with no explanation).

Parallettes One will open up a whole new dimen­sion of inverted and hand-balancing move­ments.

Building on the strength, mobil­ity, and balance foun­da­tions of our rings and paral­lettes programs, Floor One takes your skills to ground level.

This totally equipment-free program focuses on the jump­ing, tumbling, and hand­bal­anc­ing skills that form the funda­men­tal compo­nents of all athletic move­ment. It’s our most compre­hen­sive program and is perfect for people inter­ested in a vari­ety of sports or other move­ment disci­plines such as dance or Parkour.

Floor One builds the full body control that sepa­rates real athletes from mere mortals.
