Of course, we think the P-bars are a great training tool for just about anybody, but that doesn’t mean they’re the end-all-be-all of strength. They’re just a tool – a tool that’s extremely useful for certain goals when used properly.

Sure. I guess that's one way to use them...

But not everyone knows how to use parallettes properly, which results in a lot of misinformation going around.
